About GB Performance Coaching
At GB Performance Coaching, I am dedicated to providing training programs tailored to every individual's needs. My focus on functional fitness is designed to empower you to improve your performance in daily activities and prepare confidently for races and challenges ahead.
With over 20 years of experience in fitness and sports, I am truly passionate about helping others achieve their health and performance goals. I’m a Hyrox Performance Coach, Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer accredited by CIMSPA, and hold a Level 2 Certification in Gym Instruction. My background is rooted in team sports, and I’ve competed at a national level in Shotokan Karate.
My own weight loss journey from 120 kg down to 84 kg inspired me to immerse myself in functional fitness competitions. I’ve had the privilege of competing solo at the 2025 Hyrox World Championships and earning podium finishes at Deka, Spartan, and various running events. I understand the challenges of balancing a busy 9-5 job, family commitments, and personal fitness goals — which is why I’ve designed these programs to be accessible and adaptable for everyone, regardless of your schedule.
My mission is to get you to your race in the best possible shape — both physically and with confidence. Whether you’re training for a race, looking to improve your overall fitness, or simply want to feel stronger and healthier, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

The Hyrox Build Program is designed to help you prepare confidently for your next race. It’s a flexible, monthly rolling contract that you can cancel at any time, giving you the freedom and flexibility to fit your training into your busy schedule.

The 12-Week Hyrox Plan!
A focused, fixed-term program designed to get you into the best shape possible for your race in just 12 weeks. This is a one-time payment, providing you with dedicated training over 12 weeks to maximize your performance for Hyrox and will include; Building Foundations (Weeks 1-4), Skill Development & Intensification (Weeks 5-8) & Peak & Taper (Weeks 9-12).
